Rain in recent days has led to subdued wildfire behaviour in many areas of the province. Warm, dry conditions are expected for northern Alberta in the coming days, which may lead to heightened wildfire danger and activity.
Albertans who have been evacuated or are returning home should continue to follow updates from their local authorities.
Crews continue to make progress on large, out-of-control wildfires. Fire danger is now high to very high along the northern boreal region of the province, but relatively low in the central part of Alberta and along the eastern slopes.
